Shipping & Payment

 

Shipping to Germany
For packaging and shipping to an address in Germany, we charge €6.50. For orders of €100 or more, we ship free of charge.

Shipping Outside Germany 
For packaging and shipping to all other countries, we charge €25.00 (exception: USA, where shipping is €39.90 for orders up to €999 and €80 for orders over €1,000).

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply.

Delivery Terms
Delivery is usually made by our logistics partner DHL or FedEx. Outside Germany, delivery is made by mail. Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland) are exempt from VAT.

Payment Terms
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, prepayment, or instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung).

• Credit card
Your credit card is charged when you complete your order.

• PayPal
You pay the invoice amount through the online provider PayPal. As a rule, you must be registered there (or register first), verify your identity with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us (guest access may be an exception). You will receive more information during the ordering process.

• Prepayment
Right after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please transfer the invoice amount within 3 days to the bank account given in the email. Immediately after we receive your payment in our account, we will process your order.

Please note: A bank transfer takes 1 to 2 business days to clear, which delays the processing and delivery of your order. If you want to pay by bank transfer but need your order processed right away, please choose the payment method Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer).

• Instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
We also offer instant bank transfer. With it, we receive the credit for your transfer immediately, which speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN, and TAN. Through the secure payment form of Sofort AG, which merchants cannot access, Sofortüberweisung automatically places a transfer in your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to our bank account.
Our service is free for you as a customer; you only pay the fees (transfer fee) charged by your own bank.
When you choose Sofortüberweisung as your payment method, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. It already contains our bank details. The form also shows the transfer amount and the payment reference. You then select the country where your online banking account is held and enter the bank code. Then you enter the same details you use to log in to online banking (account number and PIN) and confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will receive confirmation of the transaction right away.
In principle, any internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with the PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet available at a small number of banks.
